Using Conductive Gel

Using a Conductive Gel on Electrodes can improve the conductivity between the electrode and the skin, resulting in better performance. It will also make your electrodes last longer.

After a number of usages, the adhesive side of the electrodes tends to be less sticky, due to the accumulation of dust and dead skin cell particles. Cleaning the adhesive surface of the electrode pads could sometimes restore the conductivity, but if Conductivity Gel is used additionally, it could improve the conductivity significantly.
